Our Leader

Laurie Kaye Davis has over 25 years of business management experience in a broad spectrum of industries, as well as extensive leadership participation in civic and community organizations. Laurie is passionate about education, advancing women and girls in leadership, social justice, and supporting underserved communities. 


Some of her consulting projects and professional career highlights include managing a school to work mentor program in two “F” high schools for a non-profit with a budget of over seven million dollars, a 90-office executive suite business, a leasing program for a multimillion-dollar mall renovation, led The Commonwealth Institute South Florida where she oversaw the administrative management and development of South Florida, and most recently as interim COO setting up infrastructure for scalability, including all policies and procedures, for the start-up Miami chapter of Girls Inc, a major NYC based non-profit.  During her career, she took a four year sabbatical to volunteer and support Miami Beach Senior High as PTSA President.


Laurie grew up in Michigan and  moved to Miami after receiving her degree with high honors from the University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business.
